Please take a moment to review these Terms and Conditions, which represent an agreement between you, the user, and Eye Images Media LLC (also referred to as "we"), owner of the Site. You should be aware that we may amend these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy from time to time. Amendments will be posted on the Site under the tabs “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy.” If you continue to use the Site after an amendment is posted, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of that amendment. Therefore, you should review these terms of use each time you use our Site. Privacy: The privacy of our users is important to us. Please note that any personal information collected in connection with the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. What This Site Contains: The Site presents comprehensive information about the mission and activities of Global Woman. Use of Global Woman Logos: The trademarks of Eye Images Media – its name and the name Global Woman, (which are registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as Reg. Nos. 3,500,206 and 3,756,214) and the Global Woman design (collectively referred to in this statement as the Global Woman Logos) - are used to identify our organization and its activities. You cannot use the Global Woman Logos without written permission, and only we can grant authorization for use of the Global Woman Logos. • You cannot use the Global Woman Logos to refer to another organization or another organization’s product or services.
• You cannot use the Global Woman Logos in any manner that would confuse the viewer or could imply sponsorship or endorsement.
• You cannot change or alter the appearance of the Global Woman Logos.
• You cannot use the Global Woman Logos without crediting Eye Images Media’s ownership.
• You cannot use the Global Woman Logos as a link separate from an attaching URL.

Use of Materials on The Site: The materials published on the Site, including text, images and illustrations (which we call the "Content"), are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the United States or other countries. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Miscellaneous: These Terms of Use, in connection with the other user obligations and rules detailed in writing on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eye Images Media with respect to your use and access to the Site and can only be modified by Eye Images Media as set forth above with respect to amendments. If any portion of these Terms of Use is deemed void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
